How Click & Collect Works

Place your order online and select the ‘Collect In-Store’ option at checkout (Any delivery charges will be removed automatically).

Orders are prepared between 9am – 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm may not be ready until 9am the next day.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready (usually within 2 hours).

You can collect your items at your convenience – any time between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week – from our Click & Collect building.

Purchasing live birds? Please select a collection day and time (up to 7 days in advance).

To remove the delivery charge: Go to your ‘My Cart’ page, click the dropdown under shipping options, and choose ‘Collect In-Store’ as per instructions below.

Nationwide Delivery
​
Order all your chicken keeping products online for delivery direct to your door (we are unable to deliver live birds).
​
We aim to send the majority of orders out the same working day (if received before 11am).
​
Due to the nature of chicken keeping, a lot of our products are large in size and weight therefore we have a range of weight brackets for our shipping.
​
Rather than build the price of shipping into products (and increase product charges), we are open and transparent with costs and we charge shipping at cost. You can order up to 20kg's per £7.99 shipping charge and for an additional £4.99 another 20kgs can be added.

Any items measuring over 1 metre (when packed) will be sent via Evri or another courier on a 3-5 day service and will be priced on dimensions rather than weight. This would include items such as turf protector/brooms etc.

Most orders are despatched the same day (Monday -Friday) if ordered before 11am and will be sent on a next working day delivery with DPD couriers. However, during busy periods please allow up to 5 working days (very rarely will it be this long).

* December - During December the couriers inevitably have delays so please order in plenty of time as we can't guarantee delivery dates. Black Friday always causes courier delays, followed by increased Christmas deliveries and occasional snow in areas! We will still send your items promptly but can't offer a guaranteed next day service and apologise for any delays, please allow up to 7 days although this is incredibly rare.
Maximise Your Shipping Costs
Due to our shipping weight brackets, we encourage customers to maximise the weight range they fall into for maximum value. You will be able to see your shipping weight bracket once you reach checkout (the weight of packaging is also taken into account).
