3. DELIVERY
3.1 Delivery charges are based on weight. We charge £2.99 for items able to be sent as a Royal Mail Small parcel, and £7.99 for up to 20kg's so you can add as many items as you like for £7.99 provided the packaged weight remains under 20kg's. The shipping will be calculated for you and should your order exceed 20kg (packed weight) or be too bulky to fit in one package, it will increase in increments of £5.99 per 20kg for mainland UK deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).
Any items measuring over 1 metre (when packed) will be sent via Evri or another courier on a 3-4 day service. This would include items such as turf protector/brooms etc.
Lightweight packages will be delivered by Royal Mail. Parcels weighing over 2kg/exceeding 15cm in width will be delivered by national couriers and require a signature on delivery. All orders will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless we contact you to advise differently. Most orders are sent the same day if received before 11am. You will receive notification as soon as the order is despatched and if sent with couriers will have tracking information.
Carriers will require a signature upon delivery. They will attempt delivery twice after which time the parcel will be returned to ourselves and and a new delivery charge would be payable for re-delivery.
Standard delivery is to mainland UK only. Postcodes in Scotland as shown below also incur higher delivery charges and we may not be able to deliver to some areas at all depending on the changing carrier restrictions, if you place an order out of our delivery area we will refund you ASAP:
