Feed & Equipment Sales
​
As we have very limited space in the pick up area please can we ask you not to order more than 24 hours before you plan to collect.
​
Orders will be ready for collection within 3 hours of being placed (usually much less). Any orders placed after 5pm will be ready to collect the following morning after 9am.
​
If you would like to purchase feed, supplies or equipment:
Please use our online service to order food & products - it shows real time stock & will be processed much faster than phone orders.

Browse the Online Shop and select your products.

Select 'Collect in Store' from the drop down shipping options.

Pay online using a credit card.

We will email you confirmation as soon as your order is ready to collect (within 3 hours or if ordering after 5pm the following morning, please also check your Junk folder).

Come and collect your goods at a time to suit you 8am - 8pm. If another customer happens to be loading can we ask you to just wait until they have loaded and left before leaving your car.

Your goods will be clearly labelled with your name for you to take.

You are welcome to collect from 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, no appointment needed, just call in and collect when convenient.

Please don't arrive to collect your goods until you have received the confirmation email with details of where your goods are located as they won't be ready (or allow 3 hours).

Your goods will be left in a covered area (with no handles to touch) but we ask that they are collected within 24 hours of the order being placed as we have very limited space.

Live Bird Sales

Please go to the 'Chickens for Sale Today' page of the website.

Select the birds you would like, add the appropriate number of boxes.

If you are bringing your own boxes you will need to be confident to transfer them to your boxes if no-one is on site to help.

Enter the day & time you would like to collect your hens (allow a minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 7 days).

We will email you confirmation that we can put the birds out for you at the requested time.

Your birds will be boxed just before you are due to collect, and we will email you details of where to find them.

Alternatively we are open Wednesday - Saturday for walk in sales so you are welcome to come along to the shop and have a look at the chickens and select your birds.

Orders for Delivery
​
We aim to despatch most orders the same working day (if received before 11am), however during busy periods please allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery, although it is very rare this will happen.
​
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail and larger items using DPD couriers.
​
When ordering please select the appropriate shipping location from the drop down shipping menu. Either Scottish Highlands & Islands (table below) or Mainland UK, and shipping will be calculated.
​
Shipping for mainland UK is charged at £6.99 for the first 20kg's (including packaging) and £4.99 for every subsequent 20kg's. Very small items weighing under 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail for £3.99.
​
Unlike other companies who offer 'free shipping' (it's never free, it's built into the product cost), we prefer to open with our pricing and charge it at cost. You can add as many items as you like for the £6.99 charge up to a 20kg limit. For every 20kg over this weight the charge will increase in £4.99 increments.

Highlands, Islands
​
Couriers don't work off geographical maps but on transport networks so the postcodes below will show how your postcode is classed for delivery purposes.
We can post very small items up to 1kg in weight using Royal Mail. Items over this weight are sent with DPD on a 2-3 working days service. Shipping to these addresses is £14.99 for up to 20kg's.
